Policies and Procedures

 

Returns/Exchanges

·  Send return/exchange package with invoice to: 
    Infinity Shoes Online - 391 Broadway - New York, New York 10013.

·  Infinityshoes.com must be contacted by e-mail using our return/exchange form within 14
    business days of the UPS delivery date.  Be sure to include your order number, e-mail
    address, item(s) being returned, and the item(s), if any, you are requesting for
    exchange.
·  All packages must be postmarked within 14 business days of the UPS delivery
    date.

·  If package is not postmarked within the time allotted, the order will no longer be eligible
    for return for refund.  We will allow a return for exchange or return for on-line credit
    only
at the item’s current on-line selling price and only if the particular style and color
    is still in stock.
·  All inbound shipping costs will be customer's responsibility.
·  Shoes must be unworn, in original condition and within corresponding shoe box and
    packaging.  Orders returned without original shoe box or if the shoe box was used as
    shipping material will incur a $7 restocking fee.

·  On any orders with free shipping, if the item(s) being returned causes the order's original
    total to become less than $59.98 then the original shipping costs will be incurred.
·  Items may be exchanged for another size, color, or style.
·  Infinityshoes.com will pay for one outbound shipment for exchange transactions totaling
    over $59.98.  Exchange transactions totaling less than $59.98 will incur outbound
    shipping costs.
·  All shipping costs are calculated in real-time rates.
·  Please note returns/exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to be processed from the date
    we receive the package and 1-2 billing cycles for credit card refunds to appear on your
    statement.
·  All restocking fees, shipping costs, and exchange balances will be charged to the
    purchasing credit card associated with the original order.

·
  All refunds will be credited to the purchasing credit card associated with the original
    order.

·  All credit card refunds/on-line credits will be issued for the price of shoes returned
    minus original shipping costs (if applies) and restocking fees (if any).

 

Clearance Items

·  Please note items in the Clearance section may show minor signs of wear including, but
    not limited to, dirt, scuff marks, discoloration, glue stains and other aesthetic blemishes. 

    All clearance items are marked with a hyphen at the end of its style name (i.e. Patty-).

·  There are no returns for refund on items bought from the clearance section. 
·  Clearance items are only eligible for return for exchange or return for on-line
    credit.
  Exchanges on clearance items must be of equal or greater price value.
·  If package is not postmarked within the time allotted, the clearance items in the
    order will no longer be eligible for return for exchange or return
for on-line
    credit at all. 

·  All clearance items returned for exchange or returned for on-line credit will
    incur a $7 restocking fee.

·  Infinityshoes.com will pay for one outbound shipment for exchange transactions totaling
    over $59.98.  Exchange transactions totaling less than $59.98 will incur outbound
    shipping costs.
·  All shipping costs are calculated in real-time rates.
·  Please note returns for on-line credit and/or exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to be
    processed from the date we receive the package.
·  All on-line credits will be issued for the price of shoes returned minus original
   shipping costs (if applies) and restocking fees.
·
  On exchanges all shipping (if applies) and restocking fees will be charged to associated
   credit card.

 

Refused/Incomplete Deliveries


·  Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.
·  Customers will be notified by our customer service department through e-mail if an
    order package was refused or returned due to incomplete deliveries from customer
    negligence.
·  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  If an order is shipped out and returned to us because
    a P.O. Box shipping address was entered it will be considered an incomplete delivery
    from customer negligence.
·  If customer wants the order to be re-shipped it will incur the inbound and outbound
    shipping fees. These fees will be charged to the credit card associated with the order.
If
    customer no longer wants the order it will be handled as a return and will incur all
    inbound and original shipping fees.
·  If the order contains clearance items it would only be eligible to be shipped back to the
    customer or handled as a return for on-line credit.  Inbound shipping fees, original
    shipping fees, and restocking fees will be deducted from the on-line credit total.

 

In-Store Returns/Exchanges

·  Return/Exchange packages can be dropped off only at Infinity Shoes (391 Broadway
    location).  On-line orders cannot be dropped off at any of our other store locations.
·  Packages must be dropped off and customers must still contact customer service using
    our return/exchange form within 14 business days of the UPS delivery date.
·  All transactions and exchanges will be done by the on-line store after the package has
    been received.   Requested exchange items will be shipped out to the customer.
·  Please note returns/exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to be processed from the date
    we receive the package and 1-2 billing cycles for credits to appear on your statement.  

 

Promotions


·  We will honor any promotion for one exchange transaction.
·  All return/exchange and clearance policies apply.
·  Promotional discounts are void on exchanges if customer never contacts customer
    service regarding a return/exchange and/or if package is not postmarked within the 14
    business day period allowed.
·  Price adjustments are not issued on orders placed during a promotion.
