Privacy
When you make a purchase, you are required to provide your shipping and billing address, phone number, and credit card information. This information is stored in a secured database, only accessible to employees with access rights to this information.

All materials contained within this site are for personal non-commercial use, and cannot be used for any other purposes without the express written consent of Infinityshoes.com.
Product Listings
While we have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our products we cannot guarantee that your monitor will properly display said colors. If you have any questions concerning color please inquire before completing a purchase. Returns will not be accepted due to inaccurate display on your monitor.
Returns/Exchanges

Shipping
· Orders can take up to 3 business days to ship.
· Free Ground Shipping on any orders over $59.98.
· We will honor the shipping promotion for one exchange transaction.
· All orders are shipped using UPS.
· We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
· Unless otherwise noted, shipping will be billed at a real-time rate provided through
UPS.
· Please be sure to enter in the proper shipping address information. We are not
responsible for items returned to us due to incomplete deliveries. For more info please

Defects/Damages
Infinityshoes.com guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If an item looks damaged/defective upon receipt or if an item becomes defective please notify us by e-mail at customerservice@infinityshoes.com. Please include your order number, description of damage/defect, and a picture of the damage/defect. We will then assess and rectify.
Price Adjustments
Price Adjustments will be honored if the customer's request was received within 7 business days of the UPS delivery date. Price adjustments are not issued on orders placed during a promotion.
Credit Card Charges
If you have attempted to place an order and you received an error message stating "Credit Card Error: Declined by Fraud Service," then no order was placed in our system to be processed. Your attempted order did not go through as Verisign declined your credit card. Verisign not accepting your credit card could be due to possible incorrect information being entered in the billing information sections. Please be sure to check that all billing and credit card information is exact. Verisign handles all credit card authorizations and transactions. When the correct information is entered an order will be created and an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
Orders are considered processed at the time that a tracking number has been prepared, the credit card associated has been charged, and a shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. If an order has not shipped or if your card was declined but there appears to be a charge this is because an order has been placed or was attempted and there is an authorization/hold on your account for the pending amount. Once the transaction has been processed the amount will be officially charged to your account and the original hold will be removed. If the credit card was declined or if your order has been canceled then the authorization/hold/pending amount should come off within a couple of days dependent upon your credit card company's policy.
