Am I an international customer?
InfinityShoes.com ships from New York City. International customers include all customers with shipping or billing addresses outside the United States. International customers can place their orders through the regular checkout process, and pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.
Please note that all orders shipped to the United States are considered domestic, regardless of the billing address used. Domestic shipping policies and return policies apply to these orders. Please note, we do not ship Minnetonka shoes internationally.
Can I shop at InfinityShoes.com?
If your shipping address is in any of the following countries, you can place an order normally through our regular checkout process. If your country is not listed, see our information for ordering outside our shipping zones.
How will my international order be shipped?
Your international order will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow one to four weeks for delivery. You will be able to use your USPS Label Number to track your package via USPS.com and your national postal service.
Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Infinity Shoes. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tarrifs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. InfinityShoes.com has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the United States.
If you are shipping to Canada, we strongly recommend contacting Canada Revenue Agency at 1-800-461-9999 before you place your order to determine customs fees.
Placing an order outside our shipping zones?
Most international customers can place their orders via regular checkout at InfinityShoes.com. Customers wishing to ship to countries not available through our normal shipping can ship internationally using a service called International Checkout. International Checkout is a third-party company, and is not a part of InfinityShoes.com. International Checkout places orders with InfinityShoes.com on behalf of their customers, then ships to their customers from their fulfillment center in California. Please note that customers who place orders through International Checkout are customers of International Checkout, and not customers of InfinityShoes.com. For countries within our shipping zones, we recommend ordering via regular checkout on our website.
To place an order through International Checkout, go to InternationalCheckout.com and fill out their order page. Be sure to complete all fields.
Once you have filled out your order and address information with International Checkout, you will be able to see shipping costs and handling fees before you complete your order.
Please note that customers placing orders through International Checkout will be billed by International Checkout, not InfinityShoes.com.
Once completed, all future inquiries about an order placed with International Checkout should be made through firstname.lastname@example.org.

Returning International Orders
International orders of non-clearance shoes can be returned to InfinityShoes.com for a refund. Clearance items and accessories shipped outside of the United States are ineligible to be returned for a refund or for store credit.
The postmark deadline for shoes shipped internationally is 15 days after the shoes are delivered. Please include your original invoice and the USPS delivery confirmation along with the shoes.
Returned shoes must be unworn and in their original shoe box. Shoe boxes used as packaging material will incur a $8.95 USD restocking fee. InfinityShoes.com is not able to issue a UPS or USPS return shipping label for any international shipments. InfinityShoes.com is not responsible for the tracking number, method of shipment or cost of returning international orders.
Customers will only receive reimbursement for the price of returned merchandise. Customs, taxes, outbound shipping and inbound shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
If you have received merchandise from an international order placed via regular checkout and you believe it is damaged, defective or incorrect, please email customer service right away, and do not wear the shoes. Infinity Shoes is not responsible for an exchange or return of worn shoes with repairable damages.
Please note that international orders that are returned to InfinityShoes.com as a return to sender package will be processed as a return, and you will be refunded via the method of payment used at checkout. Relevant shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of this refund. International return to sender packages cannot be reshipped.
